Featuring a corrugated plastic viewfinder guard compartment that helps protect your camera's viewfinder from shocks and knocks, this blue Porta Brace Padded Carry-On Camcorder Case with Reinforced Viewfinder Guard is a soft-sided camera bag designed to protect your camcorder during transport and storage. It holds the camera with lens and viewfinder attached, and features a 1000D Cordura nylon shell with interior padding that safely cushions your camcorder yet weighs only 5.5 pounds.
 
A removable padded lens support is included to help protect your lens or stop the camera body from shifting during transport. An integrated seat belt retainer strap comes in handy when transporting your gear on a car seat. The 1000D Cordura shell is abrasion-resistant and provides foul-weather protection.
 
Two large front pockets feature hook-and-loop closure and are suitable for carrying larger spare items and cables when traveling locally. On the back of the case are two zippered mesh pockets perfect for holding papers or other slim items. An interior slip pocket is well suited for holding the included white balance card. The nylon mesh handles are covered in suede for durability and provide a soft griping surface. An included adjustable padded shoulder strap also features a suede covering. The bottom panel features a non-skid water-resistant bottom, and the exterior of the EVF compartment has an ID card window sewn into it.
 
Construction
 
The 1000-denier Cordura nylon case provides an interior pillowing system consisting of extra-thick padded foam side walls for carrying and protecting a camcorder and accessories.
 
EVF Protection
 
The bag features a corrugated plastic reinforced viewfinder guard. This accommodates and protects the EVF of full-sized ENG camcorders, so you can travel with the viewfinder attached to the camera and be ready to shoot when you arrive at the location.
 
Lens Support
 
The included stuffer pillow is a soft nylon foam block which can be positioned under long lenses to provide extra support during transport, or positioned against the camera body to keep it from moving.
